Pricing Questions

What are Acorns?

Acorns fuel your AI: they power sequence generation, summaries, safety checks, and edits. Every plan includes Acorns, and unused ones roll over while you are subscribed.

Do Acorns roll over?

Yes. Unused Acorns roll over for as long as you are subscribed, up to a balance cap of three times your monthly allowance.

What happens after my 14-day trial ends?

Your account goes read-only. Available contact and organisation exports remain available, and queued or approved sends still complete. You are never auto-upgraded to a paid plan.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan's features and Acorn allocation.

What if I run out of Acorns?

Grab a top-up pack anytime at $0.15 per Acorn. Anything over the line is queued rather than dropped, and runs the moment you add capacity. Or upgrade for a better Acorn allowance.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 14-day trial needs no card. You only enter payment details when you choose a plan.

What is the Resource Library?

Upload PDFs, case studies, or any URL: calendar links, meeting replays, articles, product videos. Label each with context and Scurry's AI picks which to hyperlink into each email based on what the prospect needs. Four modes per resource: AI Decides, Always, Custom, or Off.

What's the difference between AI Filters and Fresh Check?

AI Filters are conditions you set, such as "only send if budget was discussed." Fresh Check is AI that catches what you could not predict: a reply, a colleague at the same company saying no, or a deal moving to Lost. Both are available on Oak and Redwood.

What is The Read?

The Read is Scurry's deeper conversation read. It uses a private set of thoughtful questions to surface the context, people, next move and what should stay out of writing, then passes those signals to the email writer. It is available on every plan.

What is Prospect Research?

Prospect Research is an advanced opt-in workflow component that reads a recipient's company website and passes a bounded set of facts to the emails that follow. It is available on every plan and uses the workflow's AI-component allowance.

What does Redwood add for teams?

Redwood adds manager review of another member's queue and an Organisation Voice profile for team-wide tone, alongside higher workflow, component, resource and contact limits. Ancient Forest is the bespoke tier for requirements such as SSO/SAML.

Why are contacts limited on Oak and Redwood?

Each contact in Scurry carries a full memory layer: meetings, emails, deal history, AI summaries. Storing that in a way the AI can instantly retrieve costs real money per contact. The limits reflect storage cost, not arbitrary gating. Ancient Forest includes unlimited contacts with dedicated infrastructure.

Can I use Scurry without a CRM?

Yes. Transcript source plus email account is all you need. Connecting Pipedrive adds deal-stage awareness, pre-send CRM checks, and conditional logic, but it's optional.
